SEO Checker

A page-level SEO check: title, meta description, headings, canonical, indexability, structured data, image alt text, internal links and mobile viewport — with the reasoning behind every score.

Page to check Free · no account needed

Enter a page address for a page-level SEO check of the things that are visible in its HTML.

Any public page. We fetch it once and read the HTML it returns.

This is one page, not a site audit. It does not look at robots.txt, sitemaps, index coverage, rankings, backlinks or Core Web Vitals, and it cannot tell you what you rank for. The result lists exactly what was not examined.

What this checks

We fetch one page and read the on-page signals a search engine reads from the same HTML: whether it returns successfully over HTTPS, what its title and description say and how long they are, whether it has exactly one H1, whether it blocks indexing, what structured data it declares, and how well its images are described.

How the score is worked out

Each check contributes a fixed number of points and the result shows what each one earned and why. A title in the usual display range earns full marks; a missing one earns none; a long one earns partial marks because it still works, it is just likely to be cut off.

How to read your result

Treat this as a page-level check, not a technical SEO audit. It cannot see your robots.txt, your sitemaps, how Google has actually indexed the site, your rankings, your backlinks or your Core Web Vitals — and the result lists all of that explicitly rather than letting a score imply it covered them.

What to watch for

The single most expensive finding here is a noindex directive left on a page after a staging site went live. It is invisible in a browser, it removes the page from search entirely, and it can sit there for months.

Questions

No. Rankings, search volume and click data come from Google Search Console and paid data sources, and this tool does not have them. Anywhere a number like that would appear, we leave it out rather than invent one.

For checking a specific page, yes. For a site, no — the issues that usually matter most are sitewide, and they need crawl data this tool does not collect.

No. Length guidance is about how much of your title and description survive in a search result, which affects clicks rather than position.

It tells search engines what a page describes in a machine-readable form, and it is what rich results are built from. The check reports which types you declare and flags any block that does not parse — those are ignored entirely, so the effort of adding them returns nothing.

Proof this works

Setup4 came to us with traffic and no reliable way to tell which of it turned into business. Fixing measurement first is what made every decision after it defensible — and produced 400+ sales-qualified leads through calls and forms.

If you would rather we handled it

We work on the pages that can realistically rank and earn revenue, rather than chasing a keyword list that flatters a report.
