Any website or online store, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom-built sites. Store updates such as products, prices and collections are included in your hours.

No. You get 3 hours of development each month, and unused time expires on your billing date.

We’ll quote the extra work before starting, so you can decide whether to go ahead.

No. The easiest way is to add [email protected] as an admin or staff account on your website or store, or give us delegate access through your hosting account. Please never send passwords by email.

After you subscribe, we send you a link to our support form. Tell us what you need and how urgent it is, and we’ll get on it.
