Making a broad DIY product range easier to explore online
Home Make It serves customers interested in making food and beverages themselves, creating a naturally broad catalogue of products, projects and customer needs. The website therefore needed to make a large amount of information feel manageable.

The approach
Digicue developed the ecommerce experience around product discovery and customer intent, helping visitors move from what they wanted to make towards the equipment and supplies required to make it.
Navigation, category structure, product discovery and ecommerce usability formed the foundation of the project.
The outcome
The result was a digital store designed around how customers shop for DIY food and beverage projects rather than simply how products are stored in a catalogue.
