Case study · Property Lead Generation

Generating 500+ property leads and turning 20% into sales

Property marketing does not end when someone submits a form. The real result is whether marketing enquiries eventually become property buyers. For Drouin Fields, we built a digital acquisition strategy around that commercial outcome.

Layers involved

Paid Ads · Tracking + Reporting · CRM + Automation

01

The challenge

Property buyers spend considerable time researching location, affordability, land availability and future plans before making a decision.

The campaign needed to generate enough demand to build a meaningful sales pipeline without sacrificing lead quality.

02

The approach

Google Ads captured people demonstrating active property and land-buying intent. Meta Ads expanded the audience and introduced the development to prospective buyers earlier in their decision-making process. Together, the channels created a pipeline covering both active demand and future buyers.

Campaign performance was assessed beyond the initial lead, connecting marketing activity to the sales outcome wherever possible.

03

The result

500+

leads · 20% converted into property sales

The campaigns generated 500+ property enquiries. More importantly, 20% converted into property sales.

That connection between lead generation and actual sales provided a much clearer measure of marketing performance than enquiry volume alone.
