Meta Ads Campaign Planner
A Meta advertising plan built around your funnel: how to split budget between cold, warm and retargeting audiences, the creative angles worth testing, what retargeting needs before it can run, and a testing roadmap that does not require a large creative budget.

Working on it…
What you get
A funnel with a budget percentage and purpose for each stage, audience strategy described by approach rather than by naming targeting options that change monthly, creative angles matched to the assets you actually have, retargeting requirements, what to measure and what to test in order.
Why it does not name specific interest targeting
Meta adds and retires detailed targeting options constantly, and a plan that names a retired option makes everything around it look wrong. So audiences are described by strategy — who to reach and on what basis — using only the broad mechanisms that stay stable: your own customer data, lookalikes, broad targeting, geography and age.
How to read your result
Creative is almost always the constraint on Meta, not targeting. The angles section is the part worth arguing with; if an angle does not match something you can actually produce, replace it.
What to watch for
Retargeting needs a pixel that has already been collecting an audience. If yours is not installed, the retargeting stage is a plan for next quarter rather than next week — and the Conversion Tracking Checker will tell you in about ten seconds which it is.
Questions
Does it use real search or cost data?
No, and it says so rather than pretending otherwise. We have no keyword volume, cost-per-click or competitor data source, so the tool never states one. Anywhere a figure would normally be invented, it is simply absent. Any number it proposes is labelled as a starting point to validate against your own accounts.
Will it tell me my expected cost per result?
No. We have no data on your account, your audience or your market, and a number invented here would be acted on. Run the plan, measure what happens, and use your own figures.
What if I have no video?
Say so in the creative question and the plan is built around what you have. A plan that assumes assets you cannot produce is not a plan.
Why do I have to verify an email?
Each generation costs us a request, so an unverified form would be drained by bots within a day. Verifying proves an inbox is real. It is not a newsletter signup — we do not add you to a mailing list or a CRM, and the free calculators need no account at all.
