How we work

Six steps, in the same order, every time

You should always know what stage you are at, what we are working on and why it comes before the next thing. This is the process behind every engagement.

01

Review the current setup

Before recommending anything, we look at what already exists — together, not one channel at a time.

What happens
  • Offer, audience and commercial goals discussed
  • Website and key conversion paths reviewed
  • Current channels and spend examined
  • Analytics, tag setup and CRM inspected
You end up with

A shared, honest picture of the current state — including the parts that are working.

02

Find what is disconnected

The interesting problems are almost always in the handovers between layers.

What happens
  • Gaps named specifically, not generally
  • Conversion and data accuracy verified
  • Lead handling traced end to end
  • The single limiting constraint identified
You end up with

A list of disconnections in priority order, with the commercial cost of each explained.

03

Build the priority plan

A short plan you can actually execute, sequenced so each step makes the next one work better.

What happens
  • Constraint-first sequencing agreed
  • Scope, effort and ownership defined
  • What we do and what your team does, clarified
  • Success measures set before work starts
You end up with

A prioritised roadmap with clear first, second and third moves.

04

Connect the right channels and systems

Implementation as one path — ads, pages, forms, CRM and email built to hand over to each other.

What happens
  • Campaigns, pages or systems built to spec
  • Forms, CRM routing and notifications wired up
  • Handovers tested with real submissions
  • Documentation produced as we go
You end up with

A working path from first click to owned lead — verified, not assumed.

05

Track what matters

Measurement defined before spend increases, so decisions rest on something solid.

What happens
  • Conversion events defined and documented
  • GA4, GTM and platform conversions validated
  • Duplicates and gaps removed
  • Reporting view built around decisions
You end up with

A tracking specification and a dashboard you can read without us.

06

Improve based on evidence

A review rhythm where changes are prioritised, recorded and judged against what happened.

What happens
  • Regular review with a written recommendation
  • Prioritised test list maintained
  • Lead quality fed back into channels
  • Constraint re-checked as the system improves
You end up with

An optimisation log — what changed, when, and what it did.

The difference

What this looks like next to the usual arrangement

Not a criticism of agencies. A description of what happens when work is bought by channel rather than by constraint.

Principles

How we behave while doing it

These are the commitments that keep the process honest.

Say the real constraint

Even when it is not something we would be paid to fix.

No invented numbers

No fabricated statistics, no borrowed case-study results, no vague percentages.

Plain Australian English

If a recommendation needs jargon to sound impressive, it is not a good recommendation.

You own everything

Accounts, tags, data and documentation stay in your name from day one.

Fix before adding

We do not scale spend into a path that is leaking.

Evidence over opinion

Changes are prioritised by likely impact and reviewed against what actually happened.

Working together

What we need from you

The process works best when a few things are available. None of them are onerous.

A decision maker in the room

Someone who can approve messaging and priorities without a three-week loop.

Access, when it is needed

Read-only analytics and ad account access to verify what is really happening.

Honest numbers

Rough customer value and close rate, so targets are commercial rather than theoretical.

Feedback on lead quality

A quick sense of which enquiries were worth having. This is the single highest-value input.

Questions

Working with Digicue

It depends on which layer is the constraint. Paid ads with a working page can produce enquiries quickly; SEO, CRM and lifecycle work compound over months. We will tell you which one you are buying.

Engagements have a defined scope and a sensible minimum term where the work requires it, but we do not use long lock-ins to retain clients.

The people you meet. We keep engagement numbers deliberately limited rather than passing delivery down a chain.

Yes, and often that is the best arrangement. We will define clearly who owns what.

We will say so and point you at what is needed. Recommending work we cannot do is part of being useful.

Step one

Step one is free, and you keep it either way

The growth plan is exactly steps one to three of this process, delivered as a written review and a prioritised plan.
